A Student Financial Aid – Course Registration Plan is a secure Athabasca University online form that informs your financial aid advisor that you have applied for student financial assistance. It provides the necessary information to facilitate administration of your funding and course registration(s) within your study period.
The form asks for some basic demographic information, the dates of your intended study period, and the course(s) you are planning to take. Be sure to have your student ID number handy when you complete the form.
You should speak to a program advisor before making your course selections. This will help you to avoid selecting any courses that do not fit within your program. You should always confirm your course selections with a program advisor.
When you submit the Course Registration plan, you agree to the terms and conditions of Section 7.3 – Financial Assistance of the AU Calendar (http://calendar.athabascau.ca/undergrad/current/page05_13.php). We recommend you take a moment to familiarize yourself with this information before you complete and submit the form.
If you have any changes to your study plan, you must submit them to your Student Awards & Financial Aid Advisor before the first of the month prior to the start date of your courses.
