DegreeWorks – A Self-Serve Program Planning Tool : Current Student Program

What is DegreeWorks?

DegreeWorks is a web-based academic advising and degree review tool designed to provide a method for learners and Advisors to track degree progress, select courses, and plan for graduation.

DegreeWorks automatically retrieves your academic information on record and organizes it into an online educational plan, easily identifying program requirements, which requirements have been satisfied, and which courses you still need in order to complete your program.

DegreeWorks will also help you to plan out future courses. It provides a means to communicate with Advisors that allows you to submit a program planner for approval. Courses can be verified to fit prior to registering.

Course registrations are not processed through DegreeWorks, and you still must register for courses through the myAU portal.

Who can access DegreeWorks?

DegreeWorks is available to all undergraduate program students with an admission term of September 2010 or later. Students with admission terms prior to September 2010 can contact Advising directly to receive assistance using different program planning tools.

How can you access DegreeWorks?

DegreeWorks can be accessed from within your myAU account and from OROS.

If you need assistance interpreting the DegreeWorks information, see the DegreeWorks site, see the DegreeWorks site and the help link at the top, or ask an advisor to assist you.
