Course Grades and Transcripts : Prospective Students - Program

Grades

Once a grade has been assigned to an assignment or an exam you have completed, your grades can be viewed in your myAU Portal under the "check your grades" section. For in-progress courses, once a grade has been assigned to an assignment or an exam. For completed courses, you can view your unofficial final grade.

The timeframe for an official grade to be posted in your student record can vary significantly during peak times and depends on factors such as whether you choose to write a supplemental exam.

We recommend that you plan to complete all of your course requirements at least 4 to 6 weeks before the date that the final grade is required.

Transcripts

Your entire academic record, including program, transfer credits, course registrations, course withdrawals, and final grades will appear on your transcript.

You can request a transcript through the myAU portal. There is no charge for a transcript.

Transcripts are normally sent via Canada Post, but you may also request that your transcript be sent via courier or by fax with appropriate payment.
