You may withdraw from an individualized study course at any time within the course contract period, with the following exceptions.
You may not withdraw from a course in which you have written the final exam, after all coursework has been submitted for marking if there is no final exam, or if you are involved in a disciplinary proceeding involving academic or non-academic misconduct.
Note that the course withdrawal option is not available for challenge for credit registrations, and different regulations apply if you are withdrawing from an on-site grouped study course.
You can withdraw from most courses through the myAU student portal. Choose the Withdraw from a Course option as shown below.
